Trouble restoring
I have a T3000 Colorado tape drive. I'm needing to restore the contents of a single folder off a backup tape. I have three tapes to choose from. When restoring all steps go just fine except when the restore actually begins the message "Bad File Header" displays next to each file. The same thing happens when using all three tapes. I've had this tape drive for several years and have done restores many times - never had any trouble until today. Does anyone know what this error means?

Re: Trouble restoring
Jack, try running the rentension command in the software, especially if the tapes have been stored for a long time
