Trying to find 3.5" face plate kit for C1537A drive

I'm moving my trusty C1537A DSS3 drive to a new system and would like to convert it from a 5.25" face plate to a 3.5" face plate. The drive is curently 3.5" with a 5.25" face plate and buffer rails that extened it for 5.25" mounting. The manual says to contact HP for the 3.5" kit but I can find any parts listed for tape drives on the HP site.
