Ultrium 215 internal drive - stuck tape
Hi All,
I got 1 tape stuck in the drive. Tried eject, forced eject, restart of the server, reset of the drive - no results, just green led (ready) flashing for a while, then again lit.
I have been through the forum, but everybody managed to get it out using screwdriver... How? Or do you have any hints how to do that?
Many thanks
Ondrej

Re: Ultrium 215 internal drive - stuck tape
Turn the tape drive upside down. As you are looking at the front you will see a small silver sticker on the bottom, left side, closest to you. Peel of the sticker, and using a 1/4 inch nut driver, turn it 13 times counter clockwise, the tape will pop out
