Ultrium 230 firmware update

I have downloaded the firmware file (ltt_ultrium_1-scsiI_e32d_oem9.frm) for the Ultrium 230 update.
How do I apply this update ?
There's no information on the download page or with the file itself.

you must use the Library and Tape Tools diagnostic and use the firmware tool.
