Ultrium-3 drive errors
Hi,
I've started seeing a few errors in BackupExec so I thought I would run the tape tools app to see if there were any errors. After the test I can the following failure and just wondering how to go about resolving this or if it's a terminal failure.
Sense Key 0x04, Sense Code 0x4400 (Internal target failure) Error Code: 0x4003 nv_DATA_LENGTH_INVALID (Data length exceed table length)

Re: Ultrium-3 drive errors
You should run an assessment test with tape tools, pull a support ticket after the test and attach it here or better contect hp support and provide it them.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
