Ultrium 460 errors in Arcserve
Hi,
I have just changed the tape drive in my ML530 server from a DLT8000 to a new Ultrium 460 (Q1518A). The DLT8000 was working fine with no errors but I needed a larger capacity drive.
With the new drive my backups run fine and I have done some test restores of a few files with no problems. The only issue is that I have always verified my backups with a CRC check (Arcserve r11.1 build 3060). Now the CRC check fails with an Arcserve error E3713, unable to read from media (MEDIA=2, EC=HARDWARE ERROR)
Has anyone ever had an issue such as this?
Thanks,
Bob
