Ultrium 960 Autoloader 1/8 Drive in on Dell system.
Hi All,
In the past we have been completely a Dell shop. We are purchasing some DL585 units for Vmware. We are also wanting to purchase a new tape drive. We can't connect the tape unit to the new DL585 servers for various reasons relating to Vmware. I would like to run the unit off a Dell Poweredge 2650. I understand I need a Ultra 320 SCSI card. The slots I have available are PCI-X full length. What would be a compatible card to use?

I have this unit. You need an Ultra320 LVD/SE card. The one HP recommends on the DL380 G4 I have is this one:
