Deleting perl log file failed; errno is 2
Attempting to open Perl log file failed; errno is 2
This usually means "can't find file".
There is something wrong here. I would deinstall LTT, remove the directory, install again and try. Maybe there is something wrong with the installation.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Ultrium 960 Firmware update from G64D to G66D
I removed a lot of invalid NUL entries in the file and can now open it in event viewer - but without a real result.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Ultrium 960 Firmware update from G64D to G66D
I thank you very much as you have helped me processing theese steps.
I noticed a file called prl.txt within the result directory and there are a lot of errors written.
You will find it attached together with some TSA Report which also showed an error message. Please extract the .rar file.

Re: Ultrium 960 Firmware update from G64D to G66D
I would check the permissions of /tmp and try to remove all the old files there.
You are using this version, right?

Re: Ultrium 960 Firmware update from G64D to G66D
Yes, you are right. The linux version uses /tmp but you are able to switch the directory. But to be very sure, i removed all files which i could recognize as LTT regarded.
It's a productive system and therefore i would not like to remove all /tmp files.
It would be good to have a way for updating the firmware. Either with ltt tool or without...
