Ultrium 960 and Adaptec 29320

We have two Ultrium 960,HP DL380 G5,ADAPTEC 29320 controller card
i 'm running Win2003 on both servers,we have connected server and ultrium960 with a LVD cable
we encountered the following problem:
The Tape unit and SCSI card appear in Windows Dvice Manager ,and in Computer Mnagment i can see the Tape in Removable Storage but when i try to use ntbackup it doesn't work and in Computer Manager i can see that the Tape is 'writing label' and after 10 or more minute this two error appears in Event Viewer:

I have updated the Adaptec 29320A-r driver
from it's website but the problem doesn't solved,when i start test with L&LT this blue screen error oqures :
Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal

Make sure that RAID option is diabled on the card and then use NON RAID drivers:
