Hello!
I have Ultrium StorageWorks 1/8 autolader 232 model. I connect to a DL380 G4 external SCSI port. When the server starts, the 6i array controller detects one tape device in SCSI Port 1 ID 5.
When I install DATA PROTECTOR only recognized one tape drive. The slots not appear.
I upgrade the firmware of server and the array controler, the Ultrium have the latest.
Thank┬┤s from Spain
