Ultruim 448 not detected by Library & tape tools

I have a Proliant ML350 G5 with a Smart Array E200i. Operating System SBS2003 detects the drive in device manager, it is not detected by L&TT nor the software software HP Data Protector Express Single Server Edition Software.

Ran HP Insight Diagnostics and it shows under storage as Tape Drive 0, Controller Slot 0 (HP Ultrium 2-SCSI)

I am stuck rolling this server out without have a active backup system.

The Smart Array E200i is a RAID controller, cannot be used to connect tape drives.

You need: HP SC11Xe Host Bus Adapter 412911-B21

Forgot to add the other possibilty, if it's a Ultrium 448 SAS, the controller could be: 416096-B21 - HP SC44Ge Int/Ext PCIe SAS HBA

The HP ProLiant ML350 G5 does not have a suitable integrated SAS controller for connecting the HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448 SAS .

Hello. We purchase ML350G5 +
416096-B21 HP SC44Ge SAS Host Bus Adapter +
HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448 SAS (internal)

I connect tape drive to SC44Ge with cable from this Ultrium box. When i reboot server i don't see Tape drive in BIOS messages. In SAS Configuration Utility i don't see this drive too.

HP LTT 4.6 don't see tape drive. In Device Manager there is not Tape drive too.

Why ?
