Unable To Create DR disks from Colorado Backup II (v 9.1)

I'm running a P4 cpu with Windows ME. I recently switched from a P3 CPU. My problem is when I try to create disaster recovery diskettes from HP Colorado Backup II, version 9.1 I get an error that the diskette is either write protected or full. The diskette is not write proptected or full.This is after Windows has loaded all it's programs for recovery. I have disabled all my virus protection programs as well as disabling the boot virus check. All to no avail. Still the same problem.
I had no problem creating the dr files when I was using my old P3 machine, same Windows ME on both machines.
