Unexpected Tape Removal

I am getting an error " Unexpected tape Removal " Ref 07-14-23-00-3a00. This happens on all tapes. Somebody removed the tape during a backup and now we can't get by this message. Does anybody have any ideas on how to clear this out. This is an Internal HP Colorado Backup (5GB). It is running qbackup under DOS.

Hi Dan,

Try checking the firmware version. If it is not 2.08 then download the 2.08 version from the hp website. That should fix your problem.
