Urgent: D2D2503i Error reading cartridge Data on copying virtual cartridge

we have d2d 2503i with the latest firmware 101.981 before few days I made an copy operation on one slot cartridge (lto 4 emulated) but after awhile i recieved an error on the d2d web interface says that "problems reading data cartridge" and also i couldnt make an verify operation so i think there is aproblem reading from d2d. so do you have any idea?
