Web browser access password

We have a new MSL5026 Tape library. I've assigned it an IP address and connected it to the network. When trying to access it I do not know the password. It;s not the Level 1 or Level 2 passwords I've tried them, and also disabled them. It's also not the factory default service password I've tried that.

Any help would be great.
