What are the recommend SCSI card settings for 39160?

I have an Adaptec 39160 SCSI card. What should the settings be (throughput, disconnection, etc) on the SCSI card when connecting an HP 6/60 Ultrium library? Should I just accept the factory defaults or adjust because I know on the DLT's you needed to set the data rate to just above what the drive could do.
It's not the destination but the journey that makes it interesting.

The default adapter settings should work just fine. Throttling the SCSI bus throughput for this drive via the SCSI controller would definitely be a mistake!
