Win2K native backup gives no new tape drive error

Hi,

We were using Veritas backup exec for taking backup.Suddenly it stopped working.Now I want to take a 2000 native backup.Everything (file selection and I have selected to save to DLT)went ok till I cliked the ok button.Then it said there is no new tape in your device and that is all.By the way the drivers for the device was veritas drivers and I uninstalled and loaded Win2K drivers(on reboot it took by default)

Any help would be appericiated
