bad support error 1400 hp dataprotector express
Hi
Iv'e a problem for 3 months.
I've this error 1400: bad support
the software tell me the tape is not the good tape
I've tried to erase and format the tape but it doesn't work.
It doesn't erase the name of the tape.
How can i reinitialize my tape like it was new??
the attachment show you my configuration.thanks
