c7971A - backup problems

am trying to do a backup on Ultrium lto1 (c7971A) cartridge (200GB), it only backs up 66GB and tells me the media is full.
I've done a full erase of the media and tried again but the same.
I tried with a new same type cartridge and I got the same. only 66GB was backed up.
I need help

Try with hardware compression Only
