can not detect Ultrium 920 tape drive

Hi,
Im trying to detect the tape drive on my server but it is not showing in the control pannel.
Cable is connected from tape drive to server.
waiting for reply...

Hi Kaka:

Please install HP Library and tape tool on your server. The Library and tape tool software will help you diagnose what type of issue you are having. First, make sure you have installed the HBA and tape driver for you tape product.

Then install Library at Tape Tool software.

Run the LTT test called connectivity test to see if you are able to connect to your tape device.

Run the LTT test called device test to see if you are talking to the tape device.

Run the LTT write/read test to see if you are able to write and read to your tape device.
