can't see tape library
I've just hooked up a new StorageTek L20 tape library to a D360 running 10.20. When I do an ioscan -fun I can see the tape drive but not the library. The SCSI id on the library is 4 and on the drive is 5. Can someone tell me why I can't see the library?
thanks
Carol

Re: can't see tape library
Hi there.
Check your ioscan for an unclaimed hardware.
( ioscan -f > ioscan.txt ).

This is a StorageTek library.
