converting MSL6000 from SCSI to FC config

I have an MSL6060 populated with 4 LTO-2 drives in SCSI config. Is it possible to convert the config to FC one? if so, is it just a matter of getting 2 NSR routers and fibre cables and rearange the tape drive cables for FC config?

Any documentation on this would help.
