We are using ArcserveIT 6.6 EE on Novell 4.11. I would like to ask if anyone knows how to configure arcserve to recognize the autoloader mechanism so that if one of the tape gets full, it will automatically load the next tape. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello.

I checked ARCserve Certified Device lists in http://support.ca.com/techbases/as61/asitnwcdl.html and http://support.ca.com/techbases/as61/elonw66.html. The drive is not there... so I would say that you cannot get it done. Check ARCserve tech support.

actually it is supported we are using
HP SureStore DAT 40 x 6e
