e1200-160 for MSl6000

I have MSL6000 with 4*LTO2 Drive & 2*NSR-e1200-160, I can't save any configuration on e1200-160 because, eveytime I saved IP and MAP config and when I do turn off the machine or disconnect power cord I lost any configuration.
Please help me.

I first connect with serial port and config IP address, 2nd connect with RJ-45 port and config MAP & other configuration also saved. whenever I power off system or disconnect power cord, every config will lost.

In that case , this is most likely to be a HW issue with the NSR. Have you contacted HP for this ?

Does that occurs on both NSR?
Do you have latest FW installed?
Do you have any other HP tape library in the same LAN?
