error 4466 tape library 4048 problem

Hi everybody!
I have hp proliant DL580 G5 server with windows 2003 server x64 bit installed on , I am also using MSL 4048 library with dataprotector express version 3.5 sp2,The problem whenever I try to use dataprotector for backup It will give me the follwing "error 4466 the library cannot be initialized one of the doors left open or this caused by hardware error therefore the library cannot be used.I have tried several time to initialized but the same error is show .NB:I can take windows backup but the services for the removable storage keepts on stopping or disabling . Any help?? plz
