error 45

Insight manager tells me that my DLT Library II status failed is. The error code is 45. Can anybody tell me what this error means ?
It isn't mentioned in the user guide.

Suggest you run the wellness test from the actual unit and see what error code that gives you. Error 45 isn't mentioned in the maintenance manual and is probably just a insite manager code.
