a hp autoloader error message 28, and 128,
and eject tape, but when pressing button nothing is ejected? thx!

its in the front panel, the message,
and a yellow led flusing,
and a text appears eject tape,
its a
SureStore DAT 24X6 C5677 Autoloader - Mediatyp: DDS-3, DDS-2, DDS-1
at selftest mechanical sth is going on,
but then yellow light and message,
there are 3 buttons to click, no one is working for me to eject or let me insert tapes

worked, magazine ejected,
but in give 2 tapes 125 meters in magazine,
and load it selftest ok, but magazine ejected, i would have thought stay in magazin, is there any good tutorial or handout to this loader, seems i have no plan how to come along with this tech thing *g*
help still appreciated! have nice easter time!
