exchange backup is slow

Hi All,

All of a sudden,2 out of 6 exchange backups have become slow.There are no errors/warnings in backup.Its just slow.Even the exchange team does not know the reason.The only thing I observed was data has increased(3GB and 11GB).Anyone has any idea please help.

It will be helpful if you let us know some more information like backup application in use,tape drive used and other required information
