fault code :3100 hard ;picker jammed ;on msl6060

hi all,
i have a msl6060 that gives that message on the lcd : fault code :3100 (hard)
i did many times reboot cycles but always the same message
is there any part that i must replaced or any upgrade that i should do as firmware for exp?
because none of motors is moving.

Hi,

I would open the library doors and check any mechanical problem. The picker jammed error could also occur if picker fails to move because of power supply problem. Since it is hard error ,there is hardware cause.

but i need to mention something:
sometimes the MSL works and after that it gives that error of 3100.
they said that might be the receiver board of power supply if power fans are not working, but in my case they are working fine.

First have a look in what position the picker is jammed. Always the same position? Check if all cartridges are fully inserted into the slots.
Open a call at hp and let them re-align or exchange the picker.
