which password are you refering to?

if it is for CV-tl to allow you to downgrade the FW, just call HP and explain why you need the temporary password for LTT, they will support you

If you are referring to the front panel admin password you need to read the current library time from the front panel and then call into HP. HP support can generate a temporary password for you.
