hp ESL9595 tape library drives not visible from a particular server

hello all

there are 10drives in hp ESL9595 tape library in that two drives are not visible from
a particular server,but the same drives are visible through other servers.pls give me a solution

Try doing a # insf -e , and run ioscan.
Also how the library is connected to the server.

insf will only install device files for I/O devices that are visible to ioscan. You'll need the SAN administrator verify that the missing tape drives have been properly mapped to your server.
