hp usb dat72 internal
i am using windows 2000 server sp3. already install hp data storageworks usb 72 dat internal.it appeared in device manager as tape drive.then i install hp HP Data Protector Express Software Backup Server Upgrade Single Server Edition. tried to do some backup, there is no tape drive to select, only cdrw. pls help me to solve the prob. tq

Data Protector Express requires Windows 2000 SP4 or higher.
Even with Windows 2000 SP4 there are some problems with some USB port drivers for Windows 2000 that may cause the drive to disappear.
We recommend Win XP SP2 or Win 2003 SP1 for servers.
