Re: illegal request

Need more info: what version of DPE are you running?

What operating system are you using?

Have you tried creating a new job?

What have you tried already?

Re: illegal request

I am using

DPE single server edition 4.00 SP1

windows 2008 server R2 x64

I found that it is the heavy file (all files that have more than 2Go) cannot be backed up.

Yes had tried to create new job. i get the same message

I put up date to lsi, the tape driver, the  autoloader firware and the drive firware

Re: illegal request

The problem is that 2008 R2 is not supported by DPE 4.0 you will need to unistall 4.0 and install 5.0 then call HP Tape Stroage team to get the basic license.
