make a backup on the same media tape

I have a dlt tape with 800g media
I want to do few backup's on the same media
How can i do this?
I work with backupexec 10!

Uhh, a DLT won't take anything like 800GB - unless it's something like a near-empty database you're backing up. You're more likely to need 10 tapes to back up that amount of data.

Not sure about BackupExec terminology, but once the saves on that media have expired, you should be able to recycle and reuse these tapes no problem.
