Solutioninvalid DSA is indicating an error on the scsi bus connected to port one.
It would be nice to know if you have other correlate messages in the traces.
In my experience, I got similare error in two cases:
-with hardware connection problems on the scsi bus or on the communication part of the drive itself, when messages like HTH errors are presents.
-With sw conflict when messages like Reservation Conflict appear in the traces.
I suggest you to check for scsi cabling in the first case,
and check if RSM is stopped an all servers connected to the SAN, + insight agents upgraded to 7.20 with Tape agent disable(W2K) or OV-SAM patched if UX + Zoning implemented in the second case

Re: msl 5000 errors
1. Check with any backup client for enabled local SCSI backup drive, if so please disable the local drive (mostly on windows client)
**You can see the errlogs of Backup SW and make sure which clent is making exact SCSI problem.
2. Re install/reconfigure the backup client S.W if necessary.
Hope this may help you resolving the problem
