msl 5030 tape library

Tape library not accessable, get the folowing

The library is busy performing an operation initiated from an external source.

Everything i do give this replay

Is it possible to reset this?

Shut Library off then take the cables out SCSI or FC, bring the library up.

Is there an error code on the library ?
What firmware does it have?
