msl2024 lto-4 ultrium 1760 and controller p222

Hy! i have this problem the library in the subject is too low in tranfer date to dl380. before, for the same problem dl 380 had controller p212. when i have replace p212 with p222 controller the problem is the same, the velocity transfer is too low.

 

 

please where can be the problem???

another information the software for backup/restore is qstar.
