my labels on lto-tapes

hi to all!
i have a problem. i want to start naming or numbering my lto tapes on the way i want.
like on the old dlt-tapes. does anyone knows something to do this?

This explains what is at least needed.

Still be aware that bad labels might causing a lot of trouble. Some companies offer also labels with your numbering:
