need phone number for tape replacment support

web site is useless says sdlt tapes have life time warranty but no info on an email address or phone number to get a defective tape replaced...

I have a sdlt ii 600gb tape ..new out of wrapper.. crc errors will not allow a backup.. other tapes work fine... history says two mounts.. both mine trying to get a backup..

please advise

Have you used 0845 161 0050 However you may need your SA  Service Agreement  reference.
