onbar started 2 times in one backup session

onbar started 2 times in one backup session

i started a backup session , for some reason , it waited for about 2 hours before it really started running , but i feel confused why the onbar command started twice as following:
Time: 06/20/08 14:21:43,Starting ON-Bar with the following arguments:
-b -l
Time: 06/20/08 14:24:07
ON-Bar succeeded with exit status 0.
Time: 06/20/08 14:24:07
Starting ON-Bar with the following arguments:
-l -c
