problems with compressed mode in DAT72GB.
I have had some problems with DAT72GB, I have been trying to make a backup with 50GB, but my tape can't put more than 40GB, so I actived the compressed mode in the data protector express sigle server program, this mode to permit to put almost 72GB on the tape "assumes 2:1 compresion", but nothing changed/happened
My system is a novell/suse linux.

Re: problems with compressed mode in DAT72GB.
I think I have archived the files with no compressed mode, because I haven't got put more 40GB on the tape.
When I click on the property of the device, I see "NOT SUPPORTED" at compressed mode line. I don't know if my software, hardware or tape doesn't work with this mode.
