hi.got a problem using NT 4.0 Sp6 compaq proliant DL 580 generation 1 hooking it up to the compaq TL 891 mini tape libray using a adaptec scsi adapter.the server when booting up can recognise the tl891 but when it goes windows server nt 4,we can only see the adapter,without the tl 891.using veritas backup exec.what may be the problem n how can we solve this issue quickly?

another thing is we bought a new hp ssl 1016 auto tape loader, using NT 4.0 Sp6 compaq proliant DL 580 generation 1 .ssl1016can be configured to be working at single drive machine,but not as an autoloader.using veritas backup exec.what may be the problem n how can we solve this issue quickly?
