robot inventory failed: Unable to open robotic path (201)

Hi,
I have a tape library (MSL-2024).When I try to do a backup it fails.An inventory under Veritas gives me "robot inventory failed: unable to open robotic path (201)". I have changed the fibre cable but still no response.

The error "unable to open robotic path" indicates a problem with the robotics device. Check if the robotics device is in good status on the OS of the server where the library is attached. It could be a failed robotics, bad cable/connection etc. If the robotics device shows up and it is in good status check if you are using the right device for it within netbackup.
