smartstart CD

Hi. I have an HP ML 110, and I haven't the "smartstart CD".
When I try to install the Operating System, I need to load the driver for the controller..
I haven't the floppy driver for to do it.
How can I do it, without the smartstart CD?!
Or Where can I download smartstart cd for ml 110?!
