speed problem with msl4048

hi
we have a msl4048 device for our backup.our problem is that recently the rate of write is so slow.later it writed with 3,250.00 MB/min but now it's 300.00-500.00 MB/min.
what is the problem?
we did not change anything,just we have to shutdown and then turn on MSL4048 device one time for some issue.
what must we do to fix this problem?
