st.conf entry string for DAT72 on Solaris 9

I cannot find the CD that came with my tape drive and I need the string that needs to be entered into the st.conf file in Solaris 9 for this tape drive.

Can someone provide me with this string?

Please find attached the latest UNIX configuration guide for DAT drives. The Solaris st.conf strings are on page 26.
