surestore DLT 2/20 hw error

hello, after upgrade of firmware on hp surestore 2/20 library (2xDLT8000 drives) to C7200/8000-1300/29.6.2001 and drives firmware to DLT8000/V051/OML3/8.5.2001 library started to have strange behaviour. after some weeks of normal working it starts reporting, that slot in magazine is full, although it is not and attempt to re-scan leads to complete lock-up of library. after re-writing of firmware it works again for few weeks, then started to behave exact same way. has anyone seen something similar ? (library is used with omniback II 3.5 patch 22 on NT 4.0 SP6a)

What is the exact part number of this library - C7200 and what else ? Read it from the back of device.
