tape autoloader ssl1016

we set the date of it but when it power off it forgot all the settings. I think our problem is the battery. May you tell the place of battery and procedures for change it

Yaman:

No, you do not have to replace any component.
This is a normal behavior for the SSL1016 autoloader.

Issue: Time and Date are not retained when power is turned off.

Probable Symptom : When power is turned on Time and Date do not display correctly in the OCP.

Solution: As mentioned above, Time and Date have to be entered manually, this is normal behavior for the Autoloader.
