tape stuck at the drive inside the autoloader

hi Lewis,

can you share me the way to remove the drive from the auto-loader. i also need to remove the drive from the auto-loader as a tape got stuck inside.

anyone who has done that before or interested to reply can send me the way for removing the drive from a 1/8 tape auto-loader.
