ultrium 460 loader drive rs-422 aci interface specs?

Is there a document describing the communications pinouts and/or commands for the ultrium 460 drive posted anywhere? I have a unit originally taken from an autoloader so this connector should be enabled.

I am not sure I understand the question.

I can give you information on jumpers and also and overview that will give details like amperage etc.

HP has released that specification as part of a proposal for standardizing tape drive automation interfaces. That standardization is now done but is quite a bit different from the original HP proposal. That interface is referred to as the ADI interface. Starting with LTO3 all HP automation drives support ADI.
